1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Freedom By AI™ (the "Program"), operated by LEADLOGIC AI SYSTEMS INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. A parent or legal guardian may request enrollment for a minor only with our express written permission. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

2. Description of the Program

The Program includes online course materials, coaching sessions, community access, certification, optional templates, and optional access to third-party software tools (including GoHighLevel/white-label access where applicable). The Program is educational in nature and we make no guarantees regarding business, employment, or financial outcomes.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Access may be suspended or terminated if payments are overdue, misconduct occurs, or these Terms are violated.

Recorded content access: Students retain access to recorded materials within Thinkific for the lifetime of the course while it is actively maintained by us. This does not guarantee lifetime platform access.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment: Participant agrees to pay all Program fees according to the selected payment option. All sales are final. The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Cancellations: Participant may cancel future payments by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Failed payments: Failure to make payment may result in suspension of live coaching and community access. If unresolved within seven (7) days, access may remain suspended until acceptable payment arrangements are made.

Chargebacks: Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension, permanent termination, referral to collections, and recovery of associated fees and costs to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Certification

Certification granted through the Program is a revocable license to represent yourself as a "Certified AI and Automation Consultant by Freedom By AI™." Certification may be revoked for misuse or serious misconduct and does not guarantee employment or earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program materials (including videos, replays, templates, worksheets, prompts, and frameworks) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for your personal learning and use within your own business. You may not:

  • share logins or course access with others,
  • copy, redistribute, resell, or publish Program materials,
  • repackage Program content into your own course/training,
  • create derivative works based on Program materials.

7. Community Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. We may moderate, remove content, suspend accounts, or remove participants at our sole discretion. Serious misconduct may result in removal from the Program (including course access) without refund.

8. Use of AI Tools and Compliance Responsibility

The Program teaches systems, automations, and AI-related strategies. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including privacy, anti-spam/telecom, consumer protection, and marketing laws) when applying anything learned in the Program.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for review and verification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use or misuse of tools, systems, automations, or strategies taught in the Program.

9. Recordings and Data Use

Calls and interactions may be recorded and transcribed. By participating, you consent to recording and to our internal use for quality improvement, training, and operational purposes. We may retain recordings and transcripts indefinitely.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Program may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., communities, LMS tools, CRM tools). We are not responsible for third-party availability, performance, policies, or outages. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Program, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Program ends immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

15. Arbitration and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in British Columbia on an individual basis. You waive participation in class actions.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
